Ghar Kar Foundation relies on public and corporate financial contributions to drive immediate ground-level execution across our village clusters. Because incoming resources are deployed rapidly to build our Gram Vikas Prototype Model, we maintain a strict policy to ensure capital stability and project continuity. 

1. Absolute Non-Refundability of Donations

• Finality of Contributions: All voluntary donations made online through our integrated payment gateway are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. 
• Immediate Deployment: Once a contribution transaction is verified, the funds are immediately funneled into active field procurement pools—including purchasing native saplings, cattle fodder, avian veterinary medicines, rainwater pipe structures, or training materials for our women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs). Therefore, retrospective cancelation requests cannot be processed under any circumstances. 

2. Double or Erroneous Technical Deductions

We recognize that network bottlenecks, server timeouts, or payment gateway glitches can occasionally trigger accidental duplicate debits. We resolve these rare exceptions strictly through the following legal timeline framework: 

• Reporting Window: If an accidental double or multiple deduction occurs for a single donation event due to a technical error, the donor must report the incident to us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. 
• Required Documentation: The request must be submitted via email to gharkarfoundation@gmail.com, including explicit proof of duplicate deduction (bank statements, clear transaction IDs, and exact deduction timestamps). 
• Settlement Protocol: Upon internal review and payment gateway verification, if the duplicate charge is confirmed, Ghar Kar Foundation will initiate a reverse credit for the extra amount. The funds will be returned to the original payment source account within 10 to 15 working days, subject to standard banking settlement and clear-out windows. 

3. Cyber Interference & Fraudulent Deductions Disclaimer

• Exclusion of Liability for Exploited Credentials: If your bank account, credit card, or digital wallet is compromised, hacked, or used fraudulently by an unauthorized third party to execute a donation on our website, Ghar Kar Foundation holds absolute zero financial liability. 
• Resolution Pathway: The account holder must deal directly with their card issuer or banking fraud cell to halt or address the compromise. No recovery demands, legal notices, or chargeback claims shall be leveled against the foundation, its Directors, or its trustees for funds received due to end-user device security compromises. 

4. Monthly Sponsorship Program Cancellations

• Right to Terminate: Donors who opt into our Monthly Sponsorship Program (for recurring cow care, tree maintenance, or village model units) hold the absolute right to pause or cancel their recurring contribution commitment at any time. 
• Notice Period: To successfully halt future automatic monthly debits, the sponsor must submit a written cancellation request to gharkarfoundation@gmail.com at least 7 business days prior to their next scheduled auto-billing date. 
• Execution Rule: Any cancellation request received after this 7-day threshold will apply only to the subsequent month. Past monthly billing cycles that have already been settled and deployed to the field remain entirely non-refundable. 

5. Cancellation of Event or Volunteer Participations

Ghar Kar Foundation reserves the absolute operational authority to alter, postpone, or cancel planned public tree plantation drives, sanctuary tours, or volunteer camps due to adverse weather conditions, safety hazards, or regulatory field restrictions. In such scenarios, any micro-fees paid for logistics or travel kits will either be rescheduled to a future date or converted into a direct voluntary foundation donation, depending on project constraints.
