1. Absolute Prohibition on AI Training, Machine Learning & Chatbots

You are strictly prohibited from using any material from this website, our official communications, or our structural assets to train, fine-tune, test, or validate any automated intelligence system. 

• No AI Scraping or Ingestion: No data extraction software, crawler, robot, spider, or automated scraper may harvest our text, code, or media to feed into Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI platforms, image generation networks, neural networks, or machine learning algorithms. 
• No Chatbot Integration: The text, FAQs, philosophies, and operational data of Ghar Kar Foundation must never be copied, integrated, or hardcoded into external automated chatbots, voice assistants, automated conversational agents, or virtual assistants without the explicit, written, and stamped consent of the Board of Directors. 

2. Strict Restrictions on Social Media Extraction & External Circulation

• No Unauthorised Social Media Mirroring: No images, project field photographs, rescue videos, or infographics displaying our sanctuaries, village clusters, or operational activities may be saved, screenshotted, downloaded, mirrored, or recirculated across any public or private social media networks (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp groups) without verified prior written approval. 
• No Framing or Embedding: You may not frame this website or embed our media assets inside external web modules, blogs, or digital publications in a manner that misleads the public or capitalizes on the foundation’s proprietary data. 

3. Systematic Enforcement & Criminal Liabilities

Ghar Kar Foundation actively monitors digital asset tracking, code copying, and scraping signatures. Any unauthorized reproduction, plagiarism, digital scraping, or secondary distribution of our proprietary assets will be interpreted as a deliberate and hostile infringement of our legal property rights. 

We reserve the absolute right to initiate immediate, strict civil, criminal, and financial legal proceedings against offending individuals, corporations, or AI technology developers. All legal resolutions and claims will be pursued exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
